Microsoft plans to bring television and gaming experience together with Xbox 360

Microsoft is about to enter in the sphere of cable and satellite television through the Xbox 360. 
Microsoft had announced decision regarding launching cable television through the Xbox 360 in the month of June. It is eyeing partnerships with Comcast and Verizon to bring live TV to the Xbox 360. 

The new feature of Microsoft will require owners to have subscription services compatible to cable or satellite providers and will also include on-demand access for instant programming needs. 
Its console already offers multiple access points for instant entertainment through its streaming services for Netflix, Hulu Plus and ESPN. Microsoft will offer both Bing support for searching and Kinect support for voice commands. Other features like the Live-TV accessory has drawn the attention of the users and with the addition of voice feature it will use viewers’ oral commands to search for and select television programs via its Kinect accessory.
