Madhya Pradesh-based Sai Prakash Group (SPG) is all set to launch its 24-hour channel Khabar Bharti, which will initially be available in three states – Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Commenting on the development, Pushpendra Singh Beghal, Founder and Owner, Sai Prakash Group, said, “We have always strived for establishment and sustenance of an environment of trust and service for our valuable customers. We are venturing into the media industry with this same underlying philosophy.”

He further said that the channel would feature an interesting line-up of programmes, which would showcase the facts in an honest and unbiased style. The 24-hour Hindi news channel will offer plenty of local flavour from various states, besides featuring a variety of entertaining content.
According to a company statement, “beginning with an expected connectivity of 6 – 7 million homes at the time of launch, Khabar Bharti aims to reach over at least 30 million homes covering more than 50 per cent of industry share in years to come.”
Founded in 2009, this is a first ever media venture of SPG, a diversified business group with businesses running across telecommunications, organic farming and financial services and more.
