Ajay Malhotra, Executive Vice President of Prime Focus Technologies North America – the global leader in unified content operations solutions – will be a featured panellist during the CLOUD COMPUTING CONFERENCE at the world's largest broadcast media show, 2012 NAB Show, in Las Vegas.
Malhotra, a media, entertainment and information technology thought-leader will join the “A/V Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production Clouds” panel on Monday, April 16 at 1:10 pm in N232 of the North Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center. He and other panellists will reveal how cloud-computing solutions are accelerating processes, improving quality, and/or reducing costs of such functions as collaboration, editing, animation, applying metadata, formatting, and transcoding.

Prime Focus Technologies’ (PFT) award-winning content operations platform, CLEAR™, supports global businesses that need to manage their entire content operations from a single interface. The hybrid-cloud platform unlocks new revenue streams, encourages cross-departmental collaboration and provides time and cost efficiencies. During 2012 NAB Show, CLEAR demonstrations will be available at the PFT booth in the South Lower Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (booth number SL10805) from April 16-19.
CLOUD COMPUTING CONFERENCE at the 2012 NAB Show is presented by the Distributed Computing Industry Association. This full-day conference will demonstrate how software developers are addressing two major concerns with respect to cloud-based solutions for video delivery – reliability and security. Experts will provide a senior management overview of how cloud-based solutions positively impact each stage of the content distribution chain. From collaboration and post-production to storage, delivery, and analytics, decision makers responsible for accomplishing their content-related missions will find this a must-attend event.
