Cable Operator killed in his Bindapur house

A 35-year-old cable operator died and three of his family members, including his wife, suffered critical injuries after a group of men allegedly barged into their house in southwest Delhi's Bindapur and attacked them with swords and iron rods late on 25 July 2012, Wednesday night. Police said political rivalry between the two parties was the prime motive behind the attack.
According to the police, the incident was reported to them at around 11.30 pm from Nandram Park locality and the deceased was identified as Hari Raj. Sources said the assailants fired bullets in the air and damaged some vehicles while escaping from the area.

Raj's wife Praveen, his father Jai Narayan and brother, Neetu Singh, suffered injuries.
