The appointment of Shubhranshu Singh, former Marketing Director, India & South Asia at Visa, as Senior VP and Head of Marketing of Star Sports India is another step that the broadcaster is taking to strengthen its position in the sports arena in India.
Singh comes from the classical marketing school system of Hindustan Unilever, where he worked in various marketing roles for nearly a decade. He then moved on to Diageo, where he was National Head- Customer Marketing. Singh joined Visa in July 2011.
