Ashish Kulkarni resigns from Reliance Big Animation

Ashish Kulkarni CEO of Reliance Big Animation has given resignation from his post on 14th February after working nine years with Reliance. The news was confirmed by him in media 
Pioneering various projects in animation, Kulkarni was credited with setting up world-class animation studios in India, and successfully completing and marketing several animation films for studios in Hollywood. 

A feather in his cap was the award-winning film ‘Little Krishna’ which was the first high-end 3D TV series from Big Animation. The film was also the first-ever animation content produced out of India and beamed through Nickelodeon (India).  Kulkarni also created original Indian IPs like the feature film ‘Krishna Aur Kans’, animated TV series ‘Shaktimaan’, ‘Big Bees’ and short film ‘The Bad Egg’ among others. 
Kulkarni is also co-chairman of the FICCI Animation and Gaming forum and active council member of the Media and Entertainment Skills Council (MESC) formed by FICCI under the National Skills Development Council (NSDC).
