Delhi high court while hearing petition filed by Kantar media against government guidelines for television viewership measurement, offers temporary relief to Kantar media and TAM Media Research Pvt. Ltd. The decision was made by single bench of Delhi Court comprising justice Manmohan, he stated that TAM should be granted sometime for the registration of the guidelines. TAM has to comply with these guidelines by 1 March.
The court will hear the matter again on 6 March.
