Amit Arora joins BBC Worldwide as business development for Asia

BBC Worldwide has appointed Amit Arora as head of business development for Asia. He will take on a strategy and business development brief across the region. 
Arora joins from Delta Partners, a specialist telecom, media and technology consultancy, and has over a decade’s experience in media and telecom. He previously worked for Turner Broadcasting and Time Warner Cable in the US. He reports to director of business development and digital, global markets Nick Percy. 

BBC Worldwide has also made three more senior hires across business and legal affairs, finance, HR and business development for its Asia business. 
Based in Singapore, they will travel throughout the region to support BBC Worldwide Asia’s businesses in India, Greater China, Korea, Japan and South East Asia.
