Star TV on 8th April has appointed Amit Kumar, where he will be overlooking sales for News24 and E24. This his second stint with Star, he was earlier with organisation for over 10 years, where he handled brands such as Channel (V), Star Movie, Star world, Star News.
In his earlier assignment, Kumar was with B.A.G. Network for two years as COO and was responsible for the turnaround of revenues at B.A.G. Network. He ended his stint with the organisation in September last year.
22 years of experience in the media industry encompassing television, print, radio and digital, having worked on multiple brands across genres.
