CQ- Sun Direct brings 200 ‘Sunshine’ customer service centers

Sun Direct, DTH player of the Kalanithi Maran-owned Sun Group, has launched 200 'sunshine centres' in South India aimed at providing end-to-end services to customers. 
Besides, the company also introduced a 24x7 service number to serve customer grievances and address it within 48 hours, Sun Direct said in a statement. 
"Sun Direct yet again demonstrates that it excels in providing best services to reach out and satisfy the cross section of consumers," Sun Direct Managing Director Mahesh Kumar said. 
Sun Direct currently has 9.5 million subscribers in the country and from the Sunshine centres customers can avail new connections, demo and recharges, the release added.
