In its representation to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ,Amritsar (Punjab) based MSO Godfather communication has urged MIB to modify the official records as well as website of the ministry in compliance with honorable HC of Punjab and Haryana order dated 9 July ,the MSO through a letter has requested to MIB for the same.
According to MSO , the ministry has recently uploaded alist of MSOwhich licence has been cancelled due to various reasons.Godfather communication has raised objection and asked ministry to please delete their entity name.
Godfather Communication Pvt Ltd has urged the ministry please go through the permission cancellation order para 3,order passed by the Hon’ble court and title of the petition, it is humbly respectfully prayed to please make necessary changes by amending the party MSO name as M/s Godfather Communication Pvt Ltd in your official’s records as well as to modify the website portal in compliance of Hon’ble Court order and confirm action so that we may be able to start our DAS operation. Further, please also intimate the next date and time/venue of open house meeting with the multi system operators (DAS) so that our representatives’ may attend the same for smooth running of our digital head end. Early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
