Punjabi News channel, ABP Sanjha to go off air

MCCS has plans to wind up its Punjabi News Channel ABP Sanjha. The channel applied for a license in early 2013 but the clearance was given only on 31 July this year after more than 18 months.
According to the sources, the management informed its 170 + employees to resign and offered them a severance of three months.
