In 40th and 41st Open House Meeting (OHM) held on 31 March and 7 April respectively, the following MSOs security clearance is awaited from Home Ministry.
M/s Reliance Jio Media:- Sh. Abhishek Soni attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance is still awaited from MHA. It was also inform to him that details of Sh. K. Jayaraman as CEO in the company are being sent to MHA.
M/s Technobile System Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. Deeptesh Chandra attended the meeting. It was again explained to him that a policy decision for such type of cases is being taken in the Ministry and the file is under submission. As soon as a decision is taken in this regard their case will be processed immediately.
M/s Seven Star Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. Aman Kumar attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance is awaited from MHA.
M/s Infinite Television & Telecom Pvt. Ltd. & M/s K Net Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. Vikram Sharma attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearances in both the cases are awaited from MHA. On receipt of the same the cases will be processed.
M/s GTPL Hathway:- Sh. Shaji Mathew attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance in respect of one Director of the Company is pending from MHA.
M/s Akshaya Diginet Cable:- Sh. D. Dhairyanathan attended the meeting. The company has already granted MSO registration. In an additional application, they have asked for MSO license for Phase III & Phase IV in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. It was told by the representative that the Board of Directors are the same. The case will be processed further.
M/s Shirdi Sai Digital:- Sh. M. Sambhasiva Rao attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance in respect of two Key Executives are awaited from MHA.
M/s Technobile Systems Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. Paritosh Shukla attended the meeting. It was again explained to him that a policy decision for such type of cases is being taken in the Ministry and the file is under submission. As soon as a decision is taken in this regard their case will be processed immediately.
M/s Sahyog Telelink Pvt Ltd.:- Sh. Jaydeep attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance is awaited from MHA. On receipt of the same the case will be processed.
M/s Om Systems:- Sh. Hitesh Singh Ranghuvanshi attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance is awaited from MHA. On receipt of the same the case will be processed.
M/s Subhodhaya Communication Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. G. Srinivas attended the meeting. It was informed to him that security clearance is awaited from MHA. He was also requested to send the detail about the Board of Directors and the company as per the new format of MAH. Sh. G. Srinivas also enquired about the three other companies viz M/s Shubhsri Entertainment, M/s Telangana Digital Communications & M/s Brightway Communications. Position of these cases was also apprised to him.
M/s Bhaskar Cable Network Pvt. Ltd.:- Sh. Sukesh Sharma attended the meeting. It was informed to him that the applicability of the applicant is being examined in consultation with Chartered Accountant.
