Broadcast Audience Research Council set to post TV ratings on Twitter

Broadcast Audience Research Council is set to post its weekly television data on Twitter through the hashtag #BARCTweet. 
A user seeking information on the top five Bengali programmes in the last one week can now get an instant and exact data in a response from @BARCIndia within two minutes using a hashtagged tweet.
Partho Dasgupta, CEO, BARC India said, "We have got a lot of request for it and this service will help people access that data, bringing in transparency." He added, this service is available free of cost to any non-subscriber.
