Rahul Bhatnagar, a CA from ICAI, who has a global experience of over 35 years across diverse industries, has been appointed as the new managing director and chief financial officer of Bharti Enterprises.
Rahul has replaced Manoj Kohli, who has assumed the role of executive chairman, SBG Cleantech -a joint venture between SoftBank, Bharti and Foxconn for renewable energy.
Rahul will now report to Sunil Bharti Mittal, chairman, Bharti Enterprises, and will be responsible for building strategic business value proposition for Bharti's non-telecom businesses and will be responsible for further strengthening the financial management processes and governance of these businesses and also lead new business development for the group.
